Region(s) of Performance: AC- Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (Oklahoma City, OK) NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to DiscoverSoft Development, L.L.C to provide Toxicology Database Software Technical Refresh by providing comprehensive forensic toxicology testing services, cutting edge research in the Functional Genomics (GEN) laboratory, and top-tier data collection and handling services for civil aviation accidents in the Autopsy Program (AUT) team which collects, manages, and maintains autopsy and investigatory data from fatal aircraft accidents to support aviation accident investigations and aeromedical research.

Abstract:Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
