This notice is for informational purposes only. The 23rd Contracting Squadron INTENDS TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE GSA TASK ORDER, to include open market items necessary for performance of services, to Siemens Industry, Inc. for the purpose of providing upgrade to the Siemens Energy Management Control System (EMCS) panel firmware as well as the upgrade & servicing agreement for the Siemens Building Automation System (BAS) operating system in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1).

Siemens Industry, Inc. shall provide services for the maintenance – routine and emergency – of the Siemens Building Automation System at the 23d Civil Engineering Squadron, Moody AFB, GA. The period of performance for the award will be 5 August 2024 – 16 September 2024 with three (3) option periods.

Siemens Industry, Inc. is the only known provider of these services since the equipment and software is proprietary and may only be provided by Siemens Industry, Inc. All inquiries on this action can be submitted in writing (phone calls will not be accepted) by email to the following POCs:
