Lease of Office Space within Region 3

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition: The U.S. Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition for an existing on airport lease that is expiring in Richmond, VA. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.

In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The impact of the agency’s mission will also be assessed.

The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. All expressions of interest must be submitted to the point of contact below by 10/15/2024.

Expressions of interest made y other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to submit the expression of interest.
