Notice of Intent to Sole Source

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source extension for Cellphone Services at U.S. Embassy Cotonou. This modification will be under NAICS code 517112. The estimated period of performance is six months. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

Spacetel Benin SA, is considered as the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. See attached J&A. The services will be provided in Cotonou, Benin. This is not a request for proposal, and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclose requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
