NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE- MARRIOTT

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for the Senior Leaders Meeting at the Washington Marriott Capital Hill. The contract will procure meeting facilities, and food and beverages for a two and one-half day.

Period of Performance will be July 14, 2026 through July 16, 2026. Therefore, the Government intends to award a sole source contract to Marriott in accordance FAR Subpart 6.302-2(b)(2). This notice of intent is not a request for competive quotes. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than June 1, 2026, 11:00 am, Washington, DC Local Time.

Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
