SEE ATTACHMENTS FOR COMPLETE RFQ SPECIFICATIONS/CLAUSES Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purchase of Density Meter in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Period of Performance: Date of award through 120 days; Installation within 30 days of Delivery. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This is a SAM.Gov 100% Small Business under NAICS 334516. Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Technical acceptability will be determined by comparing quotations with the requirements of this solicitation. To be considered technically acceptable, all quotes must include features and specifications. See page 19. An all?inclusive firm-fixed price award will be made to the contractor whose quote represents the lowest priced quote. The Government intends to make one award from responses received.
