Employee Assistance and Work-life Referral Service Program for the IRS nationwide

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a requirement for the Employee Assistance and Work-life Referral Service Program for the IRS nationwide. For information purposes, the services described shall be IAW the IRS Performance Work Statement entitled, “Employee Assistance Program (EAP) & Work-life Referral Services (WLRS)”.

The solicitation 2032H8-24-Q-00045 will be available on October 2, 2024 and will be distributed solely through correspondence with the IRS contract specialist/contracting officer to selected MAS holders on GSA MAS 624SS Human Capital- Social Services. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through IRS contract specialist/contracting officer.

Interested parties are responsible to contact the contract specialist or contracting officer to receive the most up to date information. The estimated closing date of 2032H8-24-Q-00045 will be at 2:00 PM Eastern Time on October 18, 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency. No telephone requests, written requests, or questions for/about this solicitation will be accepted outside of the instructions provided in the RFQ.
