Description
As published on SAM.gov.
Background: IRS purchased a set of 36-month OpenText Exstream perpetual user licenses in 2024 to support the implementation of the OpenText Exstream software. As this was a new tool for the IRS, Corporate Notices engaged a vendor to provide implementation services which included purchase and payment of initial license/annual support and maintenance fees.
The current vendor’s work with the IRS concludes in August 2025. The IRS is seeking a new vendor to provide “OT Support” as defined to be the annual support and maintenance program offered by OT to End Users , either directly from OT or as resold by Limited Reseller.
