The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Treasury Acquisitions, Departmental Offices Branch intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to obtain Postage Machine and Certified Mail Software in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Responses to questions submitted, if/as appropriate, will be responded to via an amendment to the RFP only, which will be distributed via email.
