System for Chilled Water

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE – KOMORI AMERICA CORPORATION Chilled Water Modulator The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of the Office of Facilities Support intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to design and install a system that controls the follow of chilled water to the Komori Offset Press Machines utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b).

The intended contractor is Komori America Corporation. The purchase order shall include the design and install a system that controls the flow of chilled water to the Komori Offset press machines as well as travel, delivery, time, labor, and equipment necessary to support this system at the Washington D.C. (DCF)facility. See attached Statement of Work for additional details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals.

A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any cost associated with the preparation and submission of data or information, or any other costs incurred in responding to this notice is the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
