The purpose of Amendment 003 is to include additional Questions/Answers. Please see the attached the attached amendment titled, "2031ZA25Q00086_Amendment 003.” The proposal due date of February 18, 2025 at 12:00PM CST remains unchanged and in full force and effect. -- The purpose of Amendment 002 is to:

1) include additional Questions/Answers;

2) update section 5 Place of Performance in Solicitation 2031ZA25Q00086 to only reflect the BEP Western Currency Facility (WCF). Please see the attached, updated solicitation titled, "Solicitation 2031ZA25Q00086_Amendment 002" and the attachment titled "2031ZA25Q00086_Amendment 002" for information regarding the amendment. The proposal due date of February 18, 2025 at 12:00PM CST remains unchanged and in full force and effect. -- The purpose of Amendment 001 is to include Questions/Answers.

The proposal due date of February 18, 2025 at 12:00PM CST remains unchanged and in full force and effect. -- This solicitation is a Request for Quotation, number 2031ZA24Q00023. The contractor shall provide drug testing services for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) in Fort Worth, Texas and Washington, D.C.

The contractor will coordinate the collection of specimens required to carry out the BEP's Drug-Free Federal Workplace Program required under E.O.12564. Such coordination will be in compliance with the scientific and technical guidelines issued by Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Office of Personnel Management for Drug-Free Federal Workplace Programs. Please see the attached Solicitation and associated documents for additional information regarding this requirement.
