BEP Item #ENG1520 - Laminating Film. The BEP intends to sole-source this requirement and award to Industrial Packaging Inc. . This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. If you feel your firm can provide the required item described above, please submit a capability statement by 1:00 PM EDT, 5 August 2025. Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - Industrial Packaging 1:00 PM EDT 5, August 2025. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.

Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
