2031ZA25N00042 NOTICE OF INTENT to Award Sole Source – Asecuri Software and One Security Plus CTiP Training THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) on behalf of its Office of Production Engineering intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order for Asecuri Software and One Security Plus CTiP training.

The intended contractor is Koenig and Bauer Banknote Solutions SA, 347 Avenue Du Grey 55, Lausanne 22, 1000, Switzerland. The Government intends to award a sole source purchase order utilizing a Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition IAW FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611420 Computer Training.

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis and must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

No reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the capability information will be provided by BEP. Capability statements, comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice shall be submitted via e-mail ONLY to bryan.sheppard@bep.gov, NO LATER THAN 12:00PM, EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME, 23 June 2025. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Additionally, interested sources must be registered and currently active in the System for Award Management (SAM), found at https://www.sam.gov.
