This procurement action is for the purchase of ELP3197 Temperature Control Module Thermoregulation, Full Assembly, KBA. P/N's L7151267 & L7155530. Used on SOI III Plate Cylinder. There are no other sources that are capable of supplying this product other than Koenig & Bauer Bank Note Solution The BEP intends to sole-source this requirement and award to Koenig & Bauer Bank Note Solution SA.

The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 333248 All Other Industrial Machinery Manufacturing This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. If you feel that your company can provide this product, please submit a capability that your company can provide this product, please submit a capability statement by 1:00PM EST, 4 March 2025. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government.

Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
