Notice of Intent to Award a Sole-Source

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BIDS, QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. At this time no solicitation exists. This notification is being posted for information purposes only. This procurement action is for the purchase of ISOSOLV LOW VOC WIPE Solvent (55-Gallon Drum), used on Bureau of Engraving and Printing’s (BEP) COPE Press equipment.

There are no other sources that are capable of supplying this product other than Ecolink Inc. The BEP intends to sole-source this requirement and award to Ecolink Inc. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 325199, All other basic organic chemical manufacturing. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.

If you feel that your company can provide this product, please submit a capability statement by 3:00PM EST, 2 February 2024. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
