Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Renewals of The Conference Board Membership/Subscription

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award a purchase order to The Conference Board, 845 3rd Avenue, New York, NY 10022, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with 41 U.S.C.

3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for renewals of the Conference Board Human Capital Center membership and the Conference Board Data & Analytics Executives Council subscription.

The renewal membership for The Conference Board Human Capital Center allows OCC employees access to a complete collection of insights and programs beneficial to employee engagement, talent management, coaching, diversity, equity and inclusion, human capital analytics processes, developments in the generative Artificial Intelligence, as well as access to data & benchmarking tools.

The renewal subscription for The Conference Board Data & Analytics Executives Council provides opportunities to join a select group of senior executives at leading companies and organizations to share perspectives, experiences, and best practices. It is a singular place for Data & Analytics executives to meet and discuss challenges, opportunities, and trends. No solicitation package will be issued.

This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by the closing date of this notice. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:

1. The name of your company;

2. Company Unique Entity Identifier.;

3. POC name and contact information;

4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above; and 5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to demonstrate that the vendor is able to provide the goods/services outlined in this notice.

It is the vendor’s responsibility to demonstrate how your product(s) is capable of providing the same functionality with the product(s) mentioned above. The Government is not obligated to seek additional information from your company if the vendor fails to provide sufficient evidence of having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
