Scope of Work and Specifications for Cordova Snow Blower USCG Station Cordova Located at USCG Station Cordova Mile 13 Copper River Hwy Cordova, AK 99574 July 2024 Commanding Officer United States Coast Guard Sector Southeast Alaska Sector Engineering Juneau, AK 99801 SCOPE: Specification Requirements for AVSUPFAC Cordova Snow Blower 1. 28” Ribbon type auger 2. Rated for 1400 tons/hour 3. Under 100” Width 4. Under 45” Height 5. Under 95” Length 6. Under 7500 pounds total weight 7. Heated LED lighting on frame, chute, engine, and safety bolts 8. Two section chute deflector 9. Shotgun style drum outlet extension 10. ACS style quick coupler. Delivery Schedule The contractor shall deliver to location / FOB DESTINATION within 60 calendar days from the date of contract award.
NOTE: This requirement is lowest priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR 13 simplified Acquisition Procedures. ANY SHIPPING COSTS TO REQUIRED DELIVERY ADDRESS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN FINAL CONTRACTORS PRICED QUOTE.
LIABILITY OF DAMAGES: The contractor shall be liable for all damages to Government equipment and property when such damage is due to fault or negligence of the contractor. The contractor shall be responsible for all damages or injury to persons that occur because of the contractor’s fault or negligence. The contractor shall take proper safety and health precautions to protect the work the workers the public, and the property of others. Payment terms will be as specified in subsequent purchase order/ contract award documentation, which is NET 30 DAYS from RECEIPT/ACCEPTANCE OF PRODUCT/S.
