NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) has awarded contract 80ARC020D0010, Intelligent Systems Research and Development Support-3 (ISRDS-3) to KBR Wyle Services, LLC. since March 1, 2020. The purpose of this contract is to provide research, development, and technology infusion support services to the Intelligent Systems Division located at NASA ARC in Moffett Field, California.

The contract is structured as a single-award hybrid contract that consists of core requirements at the main contract level, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task orders that support additional requirements under the main contract. NASA/ARC intends to increase the value of the IDIQ task order 80ARC024F0021, under the ISRDS-3 contract 80ARC020D0010, to fulfill unforeseen additional requirements arise by several critical programs and projects during the contract’s period of performance.

ARC intends to complete this action via a sole source task order modification in accordance with FAR 6.104-1(a), with the incumbent, KBR Wyle Services, LLC. This action does not extend the period of performance of the contract.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to Jeanne Chun, Contracting Officer, at jeanne.s.chun@nasa.gov not later than 3:00 PM Pacific time on Friday, September 19, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.

A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
