FHR Navigator Service History

Description: The Library of Congress (Library) requires service history/data import functionality and data maintenance and support for its retirement calculation software, FedHR Navigator, which helps to provide accurate, current and timely calculations of retirement annuities, financial information and service computation.

The data import and service history generator tool functionality assist Library HR staff in populating employee data and service history to conduct retirement calculations, thus decreasing the need for manual data entry and increasing efficiency of retirement benefits administration workflows. This action was awarded using a GSA MAS. This order was a sole-source award based on there is only one source to provide FHR Navigator employee data import and service history maintenance and support.
