Delivery/Performance Schedule: All goods and/or services shall be delivered to ?Goods: All goods shall be delivered 90 days after receipt of order (ARO), FOB ?Destination/?Origin. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Instructions to Offerors: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
