Far 52.228-13 is in effect.

Delivery/Performance Schedule: All goods and/or services shall be completed within 45 days of commencement of work. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13, part 15, and part 36 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Instructions to Offerors: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
