Virtualization Infrastructure Support

The scope of this effort contains the services CBP estimates are necessary to support a possible virtualization infrastructure replacement to include advanced technical support and migration services from legacy environment.

This encompasses the comprehensive modernization of the CBP enterprise virtualization infrastructure, aiming to replace the existing VMware by Broadcom environment with a robust, scalable, and cost-effective virtualization platform that supports multi-cloud operations and advanced automation capabilities.

The proposed solution should support the following services: (1) Platform Modernization and Architecture, (2) Automation and Multi-Cloud Capabilities, (3) Compatibility and Integration, (4) Security and Compliance, (5) Software, Licensing and Support Services, (6) Migration and Implementation Support Services, and (7) Training and Knowledge Transfer.
