Excerpt from SOW: 3. REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall furnish hardware consisting of Apple MAC Minicomputers, Blackmagic Design Video Capture cards, Sonnet Computer enclosures, and other related equipment identified in section 3.2. The encoders will be controlled through a KVM system. Local control is provided with the hardware purchased in this requirement. All items will be installed by Library personnel.
