2024 Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Native American Owned Small Business Industry Day (2 Days)

Due to an overwhelming response, we have scheduled an additional day for our Hybrid Matchmaking to ensure all self-marketing requests are accommodated. The additional date for the Hybrid Matchmaking will be on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 9 am to 4 pm.

The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) Division of Contracts and Grants Management will be hosting a Native American Owned Small Business Industry Day and Hybrid Matchmaking Event on Friday, November 8, 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The purpose of the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Industry Day and Hybrid Matchmaking is to allow Native American Owned Small Businesses, Small Business Indian Firms (SBIF) and/or Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises an opportunity to self-market the capabilities and qualifications of their small business to the acquistion professionals (Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Purchase Card holders) and Subject Matter Experts (IT Site Managers, Engineers, Biomedical, Chief Medical Officers, Directors of Nursing) of the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service.

This is a FREE event. To register for the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Small Business Indian Firm Industry Day and Virtual Matchmaking or to obtain more information, please refer to the attached poster or contact ALBAreaSmallBusiness@ihs.gov. Virtual or In Person presentations are welcome. Event is limited to the first 22 vendors.

In your request to register for the hybrid matchmaking, please provide your preference to attend either in person or virtual and include any documents that you would like to share with our acquisition team, as these documents will be made available during your scheduled presentation. During your 15-minute presentation, use the first 10 minutes to provide an overview of your organization and 5 minutes for questions from our acquisition team.

The Government will not assume liability for costs incurred by any vendor for marketing efforts or data offered for examination. Therefore, the cost of preparing information in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct or indirect charge to the Government.
