The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1020 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a one (1) mile radius of Metro Shops, 2970 Belcrest Center Dr, Hyattsville, MD 20782. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
