Information Resource Management-Information Technology (IRM-IT) in Iraq

The Department of State (DOS) requires IRM-IT services for U.S. Mission in Iraq at the Baghdad Embassy Compound, Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center, and Consulate General Erbil. This requirement includes a variety of IT support. Specifically, services include Application Development Services, Network and Telecommunication Services, End User and Customer Support Services, Administrative Support Services, and Warehouse and Logistics Services. The current staffing pattern for this requirement is a combination of approximately 38 Secret and Top Secret cleared personnel. This Sources Sought is set-aside for firms that meet all of the following qualifications:

1) In the 8a program;

2) Possess a valid Iraq business license; and 3) Possess a Top Secret Facility Clearance Level (TS FCL).
