Notice of Intent to Sole Source- 4DV Licenses

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Order under FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source reasonably available. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price sole source order to:

Business & Engineering Sys Inc DBA 4DV Analytics 200908 Ashbrook Place Ashburn, Virginia 20147 The object of this sole source is to procure additional specialized 4DV licenses for an existing program. It is a custom offering that is not offered through resellers and can only be purchased directly from 4DV Analytics. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for consideration of future requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and an RFQ will not be issued, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and used for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.

Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal for future consideration should email their company’s capabilities information to the attention of Shana L. Schreiner no later than 12:00 noon EST, August 27, 2024, at shana.l.schreiner@cbp.dhs.gov. ONLY EMAIL RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED
