Generator Maintenance Service

9/20/24- This requirement will be fulfilled using evaluaiton criteria Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). 9/16/24-Amendment 3-Provided updated SOW with Attachement A and Pricing Template. The Laredo Sector of the U.S. Border Patrol has a requirement for maintenance and service for Whisperwatt Series Model DCA45SSIU4F 60Hz Generators located at CAMSS shelters in five (5) locations. See the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for quantities, locations, and specific requirements. This is a total small business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a time-and-materials type contract with a period of performance of 09/28/2024 - 09/27/2025.

Service will be billed with a single hourly rate and direct reimbursement of approved materials expenses with receipts. ALL QUESTIONS DEADLINE HAS EXPIRED. To be considered, offerors must submit:

1. A very brief (no more than two pages) technical capability statement addressing the requirements in the SOW and the offeror's plan to meet the requirement.

2. A quote with one fully loaded hourly labor rate.

3. At least two (2) past performance references for contracts or agreements for similar work including: order number, customer/agency name, date, dollar value. Must be PDF format. ALL QUOTES ARE DUE TO TOMIKA.BROWN@CBP.DHS.GOV BY FRIDAY 09/20/2024 AT 12:00PM EST.
