Shooting Range for USBP training needs

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Prince William County Police Department Shooting Sports located at 7751 Doane Dr in Manassas, VA 20109 for a shooting range to be available exclusively for USBP use and must meet all USBP mission essential requirement noted in CBP Policy.

Additionally the range must be within 35 miles of the USBP HQ offices that meet the required UOF training facility needs. The NAICS code for this Procurement is 713990. The Notice of Intent is not a Request for Quotations. No solicitation will be made available. Interested parties who wish to submit information about their companies’ capabilities and how they can meet this requirement can email the Contracting Officer no later than 9 AM ET on 3/25/24.
