Canine Kenneling, 3-Year IDIQ, Miami, Florida

US Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a solicitation for a 3-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for Canine Kenneling, in support of CBP operations in Miami, Florida. Offerors are encouraged to add themselves to the Interested Vendors List.

The following tentative information may change if a solicitation is issued: The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions with offerors, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer determines them to be necessary. The offeror will submit a complete and concise technical quotation and a pricing worksheet (Excel). Supplier quotations will receive a best value evaluation, per the evaluation section of the RFQ.

The Government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the solicitation. Award may be made to other than the highest technically evaluated offeror. Award may be made to other than the lowest priced offeror. The term of the awarded contract will be for 3-years. Pricing may change in 12-month increments. This solicitation will be 100% set aside for small business. NAICS 812910, size standard $9.0 million per year revenue, applies to this requirement.
