Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Travel Intelligence Program

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry that a sole source contract action, below the simplified acquisition threshold is intended to be awarded to AIRLINES REPORTING CORPORATION (ARC), under the authority of federal acquisition regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and FAR 13.106-1. This sole source contract shall be awarded on or later than May 10th 2024. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) requires access to ARC’s Travel Intelligence Program (TIP) for law enforcement and national security purposes as TIP uniquely provides users the capability to search airline transactional information from its ARC COMPASS® database.
