Install a standalone dispatch system that does not require any direct computer aiding or connections to a computer and has no wireless or radio integration. The system should allow for manual alerting and dispatch using a standalone console, and the system will be capable of being activated from numerous locations using standalone consoles. The Coast Guard desires three individual dispatch consoles that will be installed at offsite locations determined by the Coast Guard to initiate the dispatch.

Provide and install one automated dispatch system central control console that will interface with our existing audio amplifier and AVAYA phone (which triggers the scramble/dispatch klaxon) at the USCG NCRADF. Provide three additional remote launch / dispatch initiating consoles that could be used to initiate scrambles/dispatches at the NCRADF from wherever the consoles are installed.

Install necessary servers and connections at the NCRADF for the remote system to have connectivity without using wireless technology. Install 5 multi color light towers (1 indoor and the other outdoors) that visually alert crews as to the type of dispatch/mission Install 6 lights and speakers w/ red night vision adapted lights (1 light and 1 speaker) in each crew berthing area.

Install a pair of speakers and multi colored light tower in each of the following spaces (- aircrew lounge, pilot lounge, briefing space) Install additional speakers with alert lighting in maintenance control and the general office space. Install a multi colored light tower that alerts the crew as to the type of scramble / dispatch inside the hangar and another one outside the hangar on the flight line.

Install an LED signboard that alerts the crew as to the type of scramble / dispatch or the elapsed time since the scramble / dispatch was initiated. Provide on site training to USCG and/or DoD personnel. Provide annual recurring maintenance/warranty services.
