None Additional Requirements: Parking for the six (6) GOVs must be secured. Eighteen (18) parking spaces for employees and visitors should be commercially available within a walkable ½ mile of the offered building. Ground floor space is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
