Offered space must not be within the same building as the Office of the U.S. Attorney, U.S Probation Office, Pretrial Services Office, Bureau of Prisons and any other law enforcement agency (as confirmed by the agency). Cannot be located near a children’s daycare center. Must be within a walkable 4 blocks of the U.S. Courthouse as determined by the LCO in addition to being within the Delineated Area.

The office and related space must be located on the second floor or above and on no more than two floors. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
