This Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is issued to support the single-source award of contract 86615625P00005. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded a stand-alone contract to NIC MAP Vision, LLC for Senior Housing, Nursing Home Care, and Hospitals Data Subscription Services. The period of performance will be for base year with four one-year options.
