Notice of Intent to Sole Source Lenel Integration Security Platform

SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) will be including brand name specifications in an existing construction contract for the Air Force Material Command Headquarters Full Renovation – Phase 1 project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. As part of the construction contract, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:

Lenel Integration Security Platform: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the Lenel Integration Security Platform.

This equipment will include balanced magnetic switches, motion detectors, tamper switches, card readers (with/without keypads), local audible alarms, electrified mortise locks, video surveillance cameras, and power supplies. *This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice.

All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 11:00 AM ET on 24 July 2025 to Megan.R.Murphy@usace.army.mil.
