WESTPAC Pre-proposal Notice

All interested vendors are welcome to join DLA Energy for a Preproposal Conference, which is being held virtually to discuss WESTPAC solicitation SPE602-24-R-0708. The Preproposal Conference will be held on June 4, 2024 and will provide information from Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance Personnel, Offer Entry Tool (OET) and Bid Evaluation Model (BEM) personnel.

The conference is scheduled to begin at 08:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time (Local, Fort Belvoir) and end at 11:30 AM U.S. Eastern Time (Local, Fort Belvoir). Please submit, in written form, any questions related to Solicitation SPE602-24-R-0708 to Anthony Brown at Anthony.brown@dla.mil and to Christopher Clement at Christopher.Clement@dla.mil on or before June 3, 2024. There will be time set aside at the conference for additional questions, if needed.
