RFQ - 19ZA6025Q0007 - Solar PV Systems

The U.S Embassy Lusaka Zambia requires the following service: Supply and delivery of Solar PV systems to the U.S Embassy in Lusaka, Zambia. The U.S. Government intends to award contracts to a qualified offeror that meets the solicitation requirements. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Failure to register at the time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non responsible.
