Construction of an Outdoor Pavilion at 4936 Lukulu Road Lusaka

DESCRIPTION: The U.S Embassy Lusaka is seeking to construct an outdoor Pavilion on Plot 4936 Lukulu Road (CMR) Sunningdale Lusaka THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Setting out and removal of the Kariba stone and column footing locations Construction of temporal hoarding to secure site during demolition and construction phases. Footing excavation and disposal of excess excavated materials Rerouting plumbing and electrical services. Installation of footing, column and beam reinforcement Backfill and Compaction Formwork Concrete works Fabrication and installation of new steel truss roof framing and purlins Supply and Installation of new metal roof panels including insulation.

Supply and Installation of ridge and edge flashings Supply and installation of metal fascia boards Supply and installation of seamless metal gutters and PVC down pipes Painting Construction of new drainage system to connect to existing Reinstating the Kariba stone Electrical works
