Pre-Solicitation for Remodeling of 55 Kabulonga from residential to Employee Recreation (AMCA) Facility- U.S Embassy Lusaka

The Embassy of the United States of America, Lusaka Post intends to issue a competitive, FFP commercial solicitation for a Construction (Remodel) effort is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. The requirement is to Remodel 55 Kabulonga from residential house into an Employee Recreations (AMCA) Facility The project will need to be completed within 120 days upon Notice to proceed.
