Boilers Preventive Maintenance Service for U.S. Embassy Harare, Zimbabwe

The American Embassy in Harare requires preventive maintenance services for the building oil boilers. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated. The pre-proposal conference will be held on 5 September at 9.00am (Harare Time) at the U.S. Embassy New Compound in Bluffhill, Harare. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact complete the attached Access form and email it to HarareGSOProurement@state.gov by 3 September before 1700hrs to arrange entry to the building. Quotations are due by 15 September 2025, 1700hrs (Harare Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time.
