Procurement of Moving Service for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi, Viet Nam

Request for Quotation #19VM3025Q0017 - Procurement of Moving Services for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi Enclosed is the Statement of Work/ Request for Quotaiton (SOW/RFQ) for moving services for the U.S. Embassy Hanoi for the period August 2025 to July 2029. If you would like to submit a proposal, complete the required portions of the attached document, to include:

- Standard form 1449: block 17a, 22, 23, 24, 30a, 30b, 30c - Standard Quotation - Technical proposal as required in RFQ - NDAA certification - Registration for System for Award Management (SAM) The Embassy estimate that the volume of purchse through this BPA will be USD 150,000. The Embassy is not obligate to purchase any difinite amount under this BPA. The amount of any one transaction will be not exceed USD 10,000.

Submit ticket electronically to Ms Nga Nguyen (NguyenTN4@state.gov) on or before the deadline of July 17, 2025 at 17:00 local time. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/ purchase order for each requirement to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest technically acceptable price. Quote must be valid for a minimum of 120 calender days. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, wiithout holding discussions.

Although we may hold discussion with companies in the competitive range if tjhere is a need to do so. Bidders must include company registration record in the System for Award Management (SAM) website - https://sam.gov/content/home - with the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number for doing business with the U.S. Government. If you don't have a SAM record, please find the attached instruction, or contact the American Embassy GSO Procurement Section at HanoiGSOProcurement@state.gov for assitance.
