Landscaping Services for Chancery, Warehouse and Select Residences

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award a Sole Source, 6-month extension for Landscaping Services for Chancery, Warehouse and Select Residences for U.S. Embassy Kampala to Daylan Company Limited under contact number 19UG5019D0004. This extension shall be issued under the authority of FAR 52.217-8. The NAICS code for this extension is 561730. The estimated period of performance shall be for 185 days.

This is a sole source requirement in accordance with authority citation, 41 USC 253(c) (1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Daylan Company Limited is considered as the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The services will be provided in Kampala, Uganda.

This is not a request for proposal and the intent of this notice is to meet regulatory disclosure requirements, however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Department.
