SOLICITATION for MY2026 or Newer 8+1 Passenger LHD Automatic Diesel Minibus – U.S. Embassy Ankara, Türkiye

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one (1) brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer long-wheelbase 8+1 passenger minibus/people carrier, left-hand drive, diesel, automatic transmission, front or rear-wheel drive, Euro 6.2 or higher, homologated for Türkiye, and meeting Section 1 requirements. The requirement is stated by salient characteristics only and does not identify a required make or model. To submit a quotation, follow Section 3 and complete the required portions of the attached document.

The U.S. Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable quotation. Only quotations from manufacturers, manufacturer-authorized distributors/dealers, authorized resellers, or certified resellers with proof of authorization and warranty/support capability for the offered vehicle in Türkiye will be considered. Award may be made on initial quotations, without discussions.

The RFQ includes three delivery categories: Category 1 - vehicle not present in Türkiye; Category 2 - vehicle in Türkiye in free circulation; and Category 3 - vehicle stocked at an approved Turkish sea port free-zone/bonded warehouse in Istanbul, Kocaeli, Izmir, or Mersin. Offerors must identify the offered delivery category, named point, delivery period, and firm-fixed price basis. The Embassy will not be conducting a pre-quotation conference.

Quotations are due by Tuesday, August 4th, 2026, on or before 3:00 p.m. (GMT +3 hrs.). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English; incomplete, unsigned, conditional, or open-ended quotations may not be accepted. Direct any questions regarding this solicitation in written English to Ankara-GSO-Procurement-DL@state.gov. All questions must be received prior to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29th, 2026.
