MSG Detachment Cook Services - Solicitation

Dear Prospective Offeror: The U.S. Consulate Adana invites you to submit a quotation for providing MSG Detachment Cook Services for the U.S. Consulate Adana. For a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the information as required in Section 3, Solicitation Provisions and Section 5, Representations and Certifications of the solicitation. In order for a quotation to be considered, you must complete and submit the documents required at Addendum to 52.212-1.

The U.S. Consulate Adana intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. A site visit and pre-proposal conference will not be held.

Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Adana-Procurement@state.gov before 12:00 hours on Monday, May 26th, 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this date and time.
