Generators Preventive Maintenance Solicitation

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Maintenance and Inspection services of the Standby Generator systems at U.S. Consulate, Dubai.

A site survey will be held at U.S. Consulate, Bur Dubai, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) on Tuesday, 15 April 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representatives to DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by 10:00 AM (local time) Friday, 11 April 2025. • Emirates ID / (Copy) • Name of the Company • Copy of a valid trade license that lists maintenance of generators as an approved activity Attendance is limited to only two persons per company Last date for receipt of the questions is 03:00 PM (local time) on 21 April 2025. Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on 05 May 2025. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Interested Offerors must attend the site survey as mentioned. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
