The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive quotes to authorized vendor to supply and install parts of Air monitor system per the schedule of supplies /services given below. If you would like to submit a quotation, carefully follow the instructions given in the solicitation package attached to this notice. Quotes are due by Sept.04, 2025 by 4:00 pm (UAE time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov with subject line “Quotation Enclosed – RFQ # 19TC1025Q0012”. Quotes must be in English, and price must be marked in local currency (AED). Incomplete quotes will not be considered.
