Pre-solicitation Notice - Janitorial Services

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The requirement is to obtain janitorial services for real property owned by the U.S. Government at the U.S. Embassy, Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. The Contractor shall perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to hallways, offices, restrooms, work-areas, entrance ways, cafeteria, visitor lobbies, storage areas, elevators, stairways, utility service room areas and exterior guard / police booths. Estimated total of the floor area for performance of the cleaning services is:

14,670 square meters. The contract will be for a one-year period from the date of the contract award, with four one-year options. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Embassy of the United States in the United Arab Emirates will launch the solicitation on the https://www.sam.gov website when it is available.
