he U.S. Department of State is soliciting quotations under RFQ No. 19SF2026Q0008 for Elevator Preventative Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, South Africa. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract consisting of a one-year base period plus four (4) one-year option periods, using a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation method.

A pre-quotation conference/site visit will be held on May 12, 2026, at 10:00 SAST at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, 2 Reddam Avenue, Westlake.
