Water treatment of HVAC water systems services

The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is soliciting quotations for HVAC Water Treatment Preventive Maintenance Services at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. Award will be made using a Lowest-Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Interested vendors should refer to the solicitation package and Attachment A – Statement of Work for detailed requirements, scope, and submission instructions.

A site visit will be held on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 SAST at the U.S. Consulate General Cape Town, 2 Reddam Avenue, Westlake. Prospective offerors/quoters must contact Natheer Ford at Fordn@state.gov in advance to arrange entry. Vendors shall provide the full name(s) and government-issued ID number(s) of attendee(s). Vendors intending to park on-site must also provide vehicle make, model, color, and registration number prior to the site visit.
